Founded in 1992, Walls of Fame has become a national brand with unparalleled renown for quality, service and value. On our journey that has taken us from Washington, DC to across the country and beyond, from a local boutique public relations agency to a national supplier of prestigious award and publicity displays, we continue to embrace our original mantra which is to "accentuate the positive". Through the years we continue to meet the ever-evolving and sophisticated tastes of our clients and the changing landscape of our industry.

Today our Walls of Fame division's custom recognition products celebrate the country's brightest professionals and best businesses coast to coast. We pride ourselves in the vast selection and quality of designs we offer our clientele. From the handsome finishing on each one; gold ornate framing to museum quality plaques - all of our work is handcrafted one piece at a time in our workshops to our highest standards which translates to exceptional value and representation for our clients.

We use the latest printing technologies and sophisticated graphic software to offer our clientele dynamic and vibrant images printed on almost any substrate. Every custom piece is hand finished with old fashioned craftsmanship, creating a gorgeous product every time. Our plaques are sealed with a museum-quality lamination that protects for a life time, while our custom framing uses archival matting with high quality molding. Our specially designed packing is both UPS and FEDEX tested ensuring a safe delivery anywhere around the world. We value personal service and relationships, and believe the quality of our work speaks for it itself. We are passionate about what we do as we have been creating beautiful display products for over 25 years!

Ellen Siegel

Co-Founder, Managing Partner, CMO

Working at major media outlets and companies including NBC4, Columbia Pictures, The Los Angeles Daily News and Washingtonian Magazine, as well as working on both the agency side and in house for clients delivering earned media and dynamic creative, Ellen has a full perspective of client relations, media relations, and project management within the fast pace industry of traditional and digital publishing. With her vast experience and advertising sales background, she works closely with our publishing partners helping them grow their ancillary product programs. Ellen is a native Washingtonian. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland with a degree in Promotional Advertising. Ellen started the business years ago going door-to-door selling one plaque at a time. Her motto is "If you don't go, you'll never know."

Ted Chanin

Co-Founder, Managing Partner, COO

Ted is our master of all trades and everything technical. When not seeking out new and better ways to provide our clients top-of-the-line products and services, Ted leads our production department from design to fabrication and manages our production team bringing our products to market. With a finance background, and originally from Philadelphia, Ted stayed in Washington, DC after attending the University of Maryland. Ted is a news buff, a foodie and a sports enthusiast. When not working, you'll find Ted rooting for the Philly's and the Eagles during their seasons, smoking brisket and fall-off-the-bone tender ribs on his smoker or traveling the country with his motto, "no drive is too far" for good barbecue!

 
 

Pro Bono Work

We have served on several philanthropic event planning committees raising funds for breast cancer research and autism advocacy. We orchestrated "Boots N' Bling 2015" for George Washington University's Chief of Breast Imaging - Dr. Rachel Brem's foundation, The Brem Foundation to Defeat Breast Cancer.  For that event ABC Design & Promotion provided all the branding, design and public relations. In 2016, we volunteered on the the "Martina McBride Concert Gala" committee for the 11/13/16 event at Strathmore Music Hall in Bethesda, Maryland. The concert raised thousands of dollars for CSAAC - Enhancing the Lives of Individuals with Autism in Montgomery County, Maryland.
